Will I have to eat diet food?

No, you will not have to eat pre-packaged, low-calorie/low-fat diet food. Instead, you will be provided with simple, fresh recipes made with real ingredients for satisfying and nutritious meals.

Do I have to go to the gym?

I work with you to put together an active lifestyle that fits your personality and interests. If you enjoy the gym, it may be a part of your routine, but if you enjoy other activities more such as biking or walking, those can make up your activity instead.

I can never stick to diets. How is this different?

We will concentrate on building you a healthy lifestyle you can maintain throughout your life. Part of that is making sure you are eating foods that are nutritious but do not leave you feeling deprived.
